COVID-19 response and what to expect when visiting:
  • Strict social distancing must be observed at all times.
  • A distance of 6 feet must be maintained between all people in all directions at all times.
  • No hand shaking, no hugging, and no physical contact of any kind.
  • We are limited as to the number of people that will fit inside the building, so some will have to sit outside.
  • We are arranging things so everyone is comfortable but obviously some will have an obstructed view.  All, however, will be able to hear the service just fine.
  • If you are part of the vulnerable population officials are still recommending that you do not attend (age 65+, people who live in a nursing home, long term nursing facility, those with underlying medical conditions, cardio vascular disease, diabetes, chronic respiratory disease, cancer, etc.).
  • If you have been recently sick, have had a fever in the past 14 days, currently have a fever, a cough, shortness of breath, or have recently lost your sense of taste and/or smell, please stay home.
  • The meeting will be recorded in its entirety and will posted to the webpage immediately following for anyone who must stay home or does not feel comfortable attending at this time.
  • Masks are required at all times during Phase 1 of reopening.  We hope that everyone has their own mask, but if you do not, we will have one for you.
  • When you arrive at Arcadia it is important that social distancing be maintained on the parking lot and outdoors as well as indoors.
  • If you are planning to sit outside you still must enter through the front doors of the house.  There will be markings on the ground showing you where to stand in order to maintain social distancing as you progress to the front doors.
  • As you come through the front doors, you will be greeted by one of our volunteers who will scan you for a fever.
  • You will then be asked to sanitize your hands and if you have read and agree with the waiver to attend (please click the link below).
  • Next, a volunteer will take you to your seat.  We ask that you remain in your seat until the end.
  • We would greatly appreciate if the bathrooms were used for emergencies only.
  • At the conclusion we will dismiss everyone individually or by family to maintain social distancing.
  • There is a lot that must be done to sanitize the building once everyone is gone, so please try and stay in the lobby and main meeting room as much as possible.
